Employee Assistance Services for the Gainesville Police Department include unlimited therapy sessions for sworn officers, the Forensic Crime Unit, and Field Service Technicians at no cost. Additionally, spouses and children of sworn officers have access to 5 sessions annually. All EAP providers have experience working with law enforcement, specialized expertise in treating trauma, and are trained in EMDR. Both in-person and online appointment options are available.
