Fees

$175 / 50-minute session

1.5 and 2 hour sessions are available upon request. Some clients prefer longer sessions to allow for more intensive EMDR work in one session rather than spreading the work out over several sessions.

I do not accept health insurance

Clients are responsible for pursuing their own potential reimbursement with their health insurance. Superbills can be provided upon request.

Individual therapy for Adults, Adolescents, & Families

emdr

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced-based approach that is proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life events including anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and PTSD.

R-TEP

Recent-Traumatic Event Protocol is a specialized comprehensive EMDR approach to treating recent traumatic events with early intervention to prevent serious trauma symptoms and deter the traumatic experience from being integrated into one’s identity.

G-TEP

Group-Traumatic Event Protocol is and EMDR approach that can be used with couples, families, or groups of individuals, including in an employment setting, who have experienced a traumatic event together.

Vicarious Trauma Interventions for Professionals in the Trauma Field

EMDR, R-TEP, and G-TEP are effective interventions for professionals in the trauma field, law enforcement, and first responders. Interventions can be used individually or with a group following a critical incident or to address the accretion of chronic trauma exposure.

Trainings & Retreats

One-hour, half-day, and full-day trainings are available for trauma professionals on trauma, preventing compassion fatigue, & vicarious trauma, and building resilience for a sustainability in the field.

Retreats

Half-day and full-day retreats for teams of individuals for an immersive training on compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma, with an emphasis on connection, processing, and solution-focused resilience planning.
